Music and Sound Desgn in Film and New Media (When Theory Meets Practice)

2017 / 09 / 18

2nd International Conference and Master Classes welcomes music and sound practioners, theorists and admirers to Vilnius.

It is an an exciting opportunity to gather so many interesting and prominent speakers in one place to discuss the trends and evolution of sound in media. Prior to the conference (September 25-27, 2017), we will run a practice based master class where the participants will have a chance to create their original soundtracks for a selected film in Sphere (24 channel audio system). The composers and sound designers will work in groups and will explore team building in arts, share creative ideas and implement their envisions in compositions. We will have a chance to see them coming alive during the presentation and opening gala of the conference.
