According to ECAD (The Youth in Europe Drug prevention program) survey, more than 30 % of 15-16 year school teenagers in the largest Lithuanian cities are active daily smokers.

Therefore, MTV (Music Television) in Lithuania and Vilnius City Manucipality start anti-smoking campaingn.

People can acquire bracelets with words 'No Smoking Power' and 'MTV most popular hooligan does not smoke'. These bracletes can be bought in MAXIMA supermarkets. Meanwhile, anti-smoking video clips will be broadcasted on MTV and Vilnius city advertisement screens.
