The Naturalist, a film by Tahir Aliyev, receives a special Neringa Municipality Award 'For the Best Revelation of the Neringa Landscape' in the international workshop for film schools and young film professionals.

The Naturalist – it is a story about a man, who is obsessed to find the harmony in the nature. The 10 min film was produced during the Summer Media Studio in Juodkrante.

More than 70 young film makers spend two weeks in Juodkrante (Lithuania) learning about the dialogue from professionals such as Samantha Firth (UK), Tom Abrams (USA), Chris Jury (UK), Lauris Gundars (LV), Allan van O.T. Andersen (DK), Silke Harten-Preiss (DE) and Giovanni Robianno. Ten teams each of 5 people produced short films that were evaluated on the last Summer Media Studio day.

Titas Petrikis worked with two teams. He composed music for two films The Monster and The Naturalist.
